Ever since I’ve moved to London, I’ve been trying to find the perfect street to shoot on that satisfies all of my sexy white townhouse needs but that also has a slightly grungey vibe to it too. I think this street pretty much has it down, plus there is a particularly nice pub on the corner if you need a pick me up mid shoot.
Nothing wrong with that. It’s five o’clock somewhere.
I sound like an alcoholic. I promise I’m not.
This street also held massive nostalgia vibes for me as it had the exact same name as the street my Grandad grew up on as a child and since he’s been gone for a very very long time, any memories of him that get triggered are always a happy addition to my day.
This outfit was a total ‘it’s Sunday, I have absolutely no idea what to wear but I know we’ll be going out at some point so I want to look smart as well as being comfortable’ situation. I think it’s a testament to how much my style has matured when this is [one of] my Sunday staples as opposed to previous ‘everything slouchy and essentially wearing pjs out of the house’ vibes. I mean I do still love those, and in particular actually just spending the day inside wearing pjs, but at almost 25 I have resigned myself to the fact that sometimes I do have to resemble a functioning member of society.
