Disclaimer: this post has nothing to do with gold, lions or gold lions. I’ve just had the song stuck in my head ALL DAY.
If you don’t know what song it is 1) where have you been the last 10 years and 2) you’re welcome.
Now that I have that out of my system, the first thing I need to do is thank the fabulous Fii for taking these photos when she came up to Manchester to see me. We basically had the best time eating our weight in cake and catching up on all of the blog chat and it was so nice to talk to someone about the blogging things that bother me on the daily and her just get it. She’s basically all kids of great so if you don’t follow her already you definitely should.
So I’ve wanted an oversized white shirt for so bloody long now its actually got a bit ridiculous, but seeing as I’m approximately 2 foot tall, finding one that doesn’t drape to my ankles really isn’t that easy. I toyed for a while with the idea of getting a man’s extra large shirt and wearing it as some sort of dress so I could do the whole ‘sexy just woke up after the night before and wore his shirt/model off duty’ thing but then I remembered that being the approximate height of a bookcase and a little lumpy around the middle really doesn’t lend you to ‘morning after the night before’ sexiness, and I certainly do not resemble a model off duty.
I’m working on it.
I mean I won’t grow anymore (*sobs*) but I’m working on all of the toning. All of it.
ANYWAY I found this River Island beauty on ASOS a few weeks ago and I’m all kinds of into it. I kinda want to wear it every day. I mean it’s so comfy and it hides a million sugar related sins.
I also feel the need to majorly draw your attention to these boots. They are the thing of dreams. They have given me the worst blisters I’ve ever had in my life (on the bottom of my heel wtf) but it’s so worth it because just look at them. Look. Drink in the beauty. I kinda keep getting them out of my wardrobe and stroking them because they’re a bit textured – I think they might be faux pony skin or something idek but they’re so soft – please don’t judge me.
