New Year’s Eve has totally taken its toll on me. 3 days into 2015 and I still feel a shadow of my former self, sleepless nights are not my forte. Luckily for everyone involved really, that I took these photos back on Christmas Eve before my Great Gingerbread House Disaster, and therefore none of you need to look at my face in its current state. Forward planning at it’s finest.

There was nothing but comfort in mind when I put this outfit together. It was cold, I was tired and my day was being spent up to my elbows in icing and gingerbread so I didn’t want to be dressed up to the nines but did still want to embody my usual style of sportswear and Nikes that never seem to leave my feet. I’d sleep in them if I could but that would just be disgusting. For some reason I never wear this jumper, then when it does make an appearance I fall in love with it all over again before putting it back into my wardrobe not to resurface again for months. If someone could explain the way my mind works I’d be really grateful.
