So it’s no secret that I’ve lost my blogging mojo a bit at the moment, and I’m not sure why. It’s not like I don’t enjoy blogging or putting together outfits, filming videos or even writing about it all. I think it’s more lacking the motivation to actually sit down and put it all together to create the end result. Therefore, I decided to put together a post about the one place that inspires me more than any other – New York City. The week in New York changed my life in so many ways, and I spend most days dreaming about returning – entertaining wild fantasies about living in a studio apartment in Brooklyn with huge feature windows looking out over Manhattan, exposed brick walls covered with my art, and curling up in a window seat with a cup of coffee, surveying everything and writing about it all.
This isn’t helped of course with the influx of recent bloggers going to NY on holiday, their photos are so gorgeous and make me so jealous that I desperately need to fill the void with my own. So this is going to be a particularly photo heavy post showcasing the best 5 days in my life, and including a rather unflattering picture of my 19 year old self. Oh how times change (let me know what you think to the dark hair, I’m so tempted at the moment to dye it back it’s unreal).

Yay dark hair club! I've never been to NY but I'm also hoping to go soon. I have a friend who goes to school there and she loves it. The way my future is currently written, I may be moving to NY :)doitfortheirony.blogspot.com

Love these shots! NY looks so busy and bustling with activity, definitely a must-visit place in the future! I can relate with how it's hard to find the motivation to sit down and write sometimes!Sheri | Behind The Frames

I also dream to visit New York one day! This is the city of my dreams. I think that if I like it I will even move there in the future. I saw in the latest review of PaperDueNow.com that New York is the most popular city for the last decade and it will be at the first place in the nearest future. This fact bursts my interest even more. Hope I will visit it soon.
