A fashion & lifestyle blog

Last week I did something incredibly out of character. I bought a recipe book. Now for people who don't know me, this might not come as a huge shock, but the people who do know me will know that I am basically a massive cooking phobe. I just don't do cooking - however last week, I decided that I really need to overhaul my life and I was going to start with my diet.

Now is probably the time to mention that I am absolutely not doing this to lose weight, I am perfectly happy with the weight I am. I just want to tone up a little more and make myself absolutely primed for the new competition season starting in September (I'm a dancer, I don't think I've mentioned this before?!)

Dancing obviously gives me a massive work out, and I try to make sure I train at the gym two days a week as well as dance practice, so I do exercise a lot. The gym is a new addition to my routine, before I was just dancing every night after work, but I began to find my motivation to practice was suffering when I was training night in night out, doing the same thing on my own as I'm only with my trainer 3 nights a week, so down to the gym I went, and the lovely staff there created a work out program for me to follow to help maximise my stamina and strength for dancing.

This really only left my diet. Now we all have problem areas that we'd like to change on our body no matter how large or small we are, and mine happens to be my hips and the little flabby bit at the bottom of my stomach. My fitness fanatic friend told me the only way to lose that was to completely cut out chocolate etc from my diet, and it's taken me literally months to pluck up the courage to do it, but I finally have.

Armed with my trusty new cookbook bursting with tasty looking, sugar free snacks, I'm slowly overhauling my diet into something tailored to maximise my body's potential. Now, I'm not saying I will never eat sugar again - I'm allowing myself chocolate or dessert if I go out for a meal, at Christmas and on special occasions. However, the rest of the time I am eating as cleanly as possible.

I also take Juice Plus capsules and have been doing for a few months now. Although I can no longer feel the effects of them as strongly as I did to begin with, as I've been taking them for a while, I can testify that they work absolute wonders. The first month of me taking them I felt so energetic, healthy and just all round great - and this is how I'm feeling again since cutting out all the rubbish from my diet!

I honestly thought I'd miss the sugary goodness, it's really not been too bad, although I'm very much looking forward to helping my Dad eat his birthday cake tomorrow (and my Saturday morning waffle tradition with my best friend) so I guess I'm not a total convert yet!

What healthy eating and lifestyle tips do you have? Feel free to share them in the comments below, I'd love to hear from you all!

So this weekend, my family and I did something completely out of character and we went out for breakfast. I know, I couldn't get my head around it either. To me, going out for breakfast has always been reserved for the likes of society folk, ladies who lunch and those with glittering social lives, so I decided to take the opportunity to dress totally outrageously a la Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, donned my favourite floppy black hat and huge sunglasses and swanned out of the house with ideas far above my station.

We went to a lovely little cafe at our local farm shop who deal solely in local produce which is all of the absolute highest quality. It's impossible to leave the place without spending around £100 but it's so worth it for the sheer quantity of choice they have in store, and of course these tasty morsels made it onto their breakfast menu! I was going to be healthy and good and have fruit, however I ended up with a mocha and some treacle cured bacon (it tastes even better than it sounds) and it was honestly heaven.

I didn't get any pictures of my outfit unfortunately, however I do plan on shooting it at some point over the next couple of days as it was pretty lovely, even if I do say so myself. And such a bargain!

Where is your favourite place to eat breakfast? Have you discovered any new culinary delights recently?

So today I thought I'd do something a little different from the normal outfit and beauty posts and film 'The British Tag' for you, created by the wonderful Sammi and I actually had a lot of fun doing it.

I think I'm finally feeling a little more comfortable with doing videos now that the initial 'new to YouTube' fear has subsided a little so hopefully I don't look or sound as horrendously awkward as last time.

As ever, if you guys have anything you'd like to see me blog about, have any suggestions as to how to make this blog better, or simply want to have a chat please comment below or drop me an email - I love talking to new people and it would honestly be great to get to know some of you better.

I hope you're having a brilliant Sunday!

Festival Fever

Ok first of all, how is it possible that this is the 5th week of me running this blog already? Insane. I'm loving every minute of it though, and thank you all for reading my ramblings and actually taking an interest in what I have to say, it means the world! I'm hopefully going to be having a bit of a design overhaul this week so I'm excited to get this blog looking a little more professional!
Onto the clothes now, and this weeks selection is based around festivals (duh) because we are well and truly into the thick of the 2014 festival season. I haven't been to a festival since Leeds Festival 2011, heinous eh? So this year, although I'm actually away for most of the bank holiday weekend, I have bought a ticket for Leeds on the Friday, as my current obsession The 1975 are playing along with Blink-182, You Me at Six and another of my favourites, A Day to Remember - I really couldn't pass up this opportunity now could I?
I'm aiming to go decked out in denim and print this year - I've already bought a gorgeous Aztec print long cardigan from Pretty Little Thing which I'm so excited to wear, however I'm still on the hunt for a good pair of shorts like these vintage denim Levi dupes above. I also want a good statement crop/vest as if the weather continues to be as good as it has been the last few weeks, it is going to be BOILING. Finally, a good black hat (note: Fedora not outrageous but nonetheless fabulous black floppy monstrosity) and a statement lip will finish off my outfit. Oh, and the customary wellies just in case.

Anyone else making the trip to Leeds/Reading this year? Or any other festivals come to think of it? Let me know!

Co-Ord: Missguided // Kimono: Pretty Little Thing // Sandals: Boohoo

I have been terrified of wearing colour for so long now that I think my parents nearly had a heart attack when I showed them this gorgeous palm/tropical print from Missguided. I absolutely fell in love with it online however and even though strictly speaking I couldn't really afford it, I bought it anyway because, well, who doesn't need a tropical two piece in their wardrobe?!

I bought it with the intention of wearing it during the day on holiday, however I'm no longer going on holiday so it's become my go to daytime outfit during this crazy heatwave we're having because, although it's a really good quality, thick material it is SO cool to wear.

I decided to cover up a little with my kimono when I wore it for ice cream at the weekend, and I teamed it with my trusty white Boohoo sandals (I seriously need another pair of white shoes) but also dressed it up slightly with my big Urban Outfitters hat and a pair of tan wedges to go to the pub this week.

What's your favourite summer pattern?

I featured my lovely little Instax camera in my 'Whats in my Bag?' post (see here) but I thought considering it is with me wherever I go and is without doubt my favourite thing that I've bought this year, it deserved a whole post to itself.

Vest: Mink Pink // Bralette: Urban Outfitters // Jeans: Cheap Monday //  Shoes: Office

So, after the hottest few days I think I can ever remember, I decide to go into town to go shopping for my friend's birthday present - only to be confronted with a weather forecast including rain, hail and thunder. I didn't have a clue what to wear and after toying for a while with white jeans (not the cleverest option considering wet streets mean horrible dirt splashes up the back of your legs) I decided to play it safe with my favourite Cheap Monday high waisted jeans from Urban Outfitters.

I teamed it with this awesome little Mink Pink vest that I also picked up from Urban Outfitters, as it's so loose fitting and cool on humid days and really helped to keep my body temperature down. Due to its low cut 'sleeves' I put my favourite Urban Outfitters bralette underneath to avoid any embarrassing boob flashing scenarios(I was practically a walking advertisement for the store this weekend) and finally finished it off with my comfy white canvas stacked pumps from Office.

I'm not gonna lie, I was still boiling, but I definitely wore the right thing - bare legs would have been horrendous and I'd almost certainly be in mourning for the loss of my perfectly white jeans right now if I'd worn them.

Still on the look out for the perfect summer outfit though!

What did you get up to this weekend?

Sunday, 20 July 2014

This weekend I finally made a trip I've been wanting to make for ages to Central Perk in Chester. There's literally no excuse for me not going there sooner considering I only live 10 miles outside the city but I always forget its there! Anyway, this weekend my best friend and I decided to go and see what all the fuss was about and try some of their waffles.

I swear this place is my new favourite daytime hangout! It's decorated exactly like the inside of Central Perk in Friends, and has constant episodes of Friends airing throughout the day. It's the perfect place to go, especially if you have lots of time to kill, as there are so many little trinkets to look at dotted around the place, and of course several series of Friends to watch!

The lighting in there wasn't brilliant and I didn't want to use my flash so excuse the terrible lighting in my pictures below!

Their waffles were heavenly, only £4.25 for a portion with unlimited toppings, and although I played safe with the toppings this time, next time I'm going to go all out crazy!

It's definitely worth a trip there if you're in the area, the food is great and there's such a relaxed vibe. I can tell this will be my favourite haunt, especially during the rainy winter months.

What have you guys been up to this weekend?

RAWK by heroinblues featuring MAC Cosmetics

So today's Saturday selection is inspired by the years I spent as a teenager at gigs, immersing myself in my local unsigned music scene, trying my hand at gig photography and just generally living my life. One of my favourite memories is going to our local venue to shoot a band from Manchester, who decided to adopt me and take me on tour for the week. It was so totally out of my comfort zone but one of the best weeks of my life and at the moment I'm missing everything about that time of my life.

Everything about live music for me screams comfort and familiarity, and nothing says comfort to me more than a slouchy tee and some gorgeous tailored trousers like these by Vivienne Westwood. The tartan print contrasts so nicely with the crisp white shirt, and the black accessories really add a grungey feel to the whole outfit. I'd finish it off with a classic red lip for a dash of sexy sophistication and just a hint of danger...

Jacket: Topshop // Boots: Boohoo // Playsuit: Zara // Headband: Primark

Slight change to normal proceedings here in that unfortunately of the billion photos I actually got of this outfit, this is the only one that actually looks in focus off the camera. How annoying eh? So, major apologies on that one guys but next time normal service will be resumed...

This gorgeous little Zara playsuit actually belonged to my Mum (perks of having a Mum who's both the same size as you and is really into fashion) until a few weeks ago when she unceremoniously threw it at me after stating she'd only worn it once. I have proceeded to almost live in it since, it's SO comfortable and completely different to anything I'd normally wear. It's so colourful, and although you can't tell properly from the picture, it's got a gorgeous print on it of diamonds, crystals and special stones. Apparently it was supposed to wear over swimwear but since I've never followed the rules anyway I decided to totally ignore this advice and strut my stuff through the city in it. No regrets. It does make me look slightly more bulky around the hips and bum than I actually am but I can live with that because it's SO PRETTY.

I teamed it with my trusty Boohoo boots which I actually believe I haven't shown you yet, and my gorgeous studded leather jacket which was a present from the parents a year or so ago when I'd literally worn my old one to death. Touch wood, aside from a few makeup stains, this one is lasting the course. I finally decided to add a bit of festival flare with this little studded head band I found on my jewellery stand that I think I got for £1 from Primark last year in a set of two. It finished off the outfit perfectly and solved the problem of not knowing what to do with my hair.

What are your favourite outfits at the moment?

Another beauty related post for you lovely lot today as I figured you get quite a lot of outfit posts from me at the moment and not a lot else. I'm still trying to figure the whole blogging thing out, so if there's anything you want to see more of on my blog please let me know!

Anyway, onto my ramblings for today! Lipsticks are an absolute makeup staple for me. I love drawing my lips on a little bigger than they are, and so a statement lip is a must have for all my outfits. I'm also a massive MAC addict, as you can probably tell from above considering all five of my favourite lipsticks are by them!

Going from left to right:
'Saigon Summer' - Mac
'Candy Yum Yum' - Mac
'So Chaud' - Mac
'Honey Love' - Mac
'Mystical' - Mac

Saigon Summer is my absolute favourite of all the lipsticks I own. I used to be totally guilty of sticking safe with nude shades and nice pale pinks (nothing wrong with that, but I wanted to experiment a little' and I remembered seeing the gorgeous Lucy Watson from Made in Chelsea wearing a beautiful coral/orange shade on her lips in a lot of episodes and I figured with my pale skin and green eyes something similar would look nice on me too, so I was on a mission and Saigon Summer is the result. It's a Creme Sheen lipstick, and therefore is very moisturising on the lips. It does come off quite easily when I eat, but if I'm just wearing it during the day it stays brilliantly.

Next up is Candy Yum Yum, a very recent acacquisition which you may have seen on my July haul video. This was pretty daring for me as I've never worn a neon shade before but it's stunning on and really gives any outfit a real pop of colour. It's going to look fabulous with all my summer outfits and I'm excited to wear it out more often! So Chaud is another staple lipstick of mine - red lipsticks have always terrified me and I've always thought I'm too pale to wear them until my friend told me that there is a shade of red for everyone, and this so happens to be mine! It's an orange based shade and is really warm - it brings a lot of colour to my face and I just love it however it is quite drying on the lips as it is a matte finish lipstick.

Lastly, we come to my two favourite nude shades. Honey Love is my go to day-to-day lipstick for work. It looks amazing with every outfit and is almost a comfort to me as it's just so familiar (is that weird?). I also fell in love with Mystical, one of MAC's limited edition lipsticks from their recent collection. This colour is just absolutely gorgeous on, again it's a very warm colour with the creme sheen finish and I'm going to get so much wear out of this for autumn and winter!

Do you have any lipstick staples or are any of your favourites listed above? Let me know!

Playsuit: Missguided // Shoes: Boohoo // Necklace: Topshop

I fell in love with this playsuit the minute I saw it on Missguided a few weeks ago. I was determined to try and be good and wait until the end of the month before I bought it (along with a co-ord that I bought this week, I swear I have serious spending problems) but then I realised that if I left it then they might sell out of my size and then what would I do? So I bought it...

Its made from the loveliest quilted effect material, and its even better quality than I imagined. I decided to dress it down for the purpose of these photos with my trusty white Boohoo sandals. I'd probably throw a bomber jacket or blazer over the top for day time, and at nighttime I'd dress it up with black tights, heels and a jacket.

I think I might wear this for a meal out on Friday night, even if it does mean possible getting naked in the toilet to go for a wee situations, it's just too gorgeous to resist.

Do you have a favourite playsuit at the moment? Let me know in the comments below!

So today I thought I'd do something a little different. I had this whole blog post planned based on my trip to Manchester yesterday with my best friend, only we never ended up going because I was ill so I've had to improvise.
I don't know about you guys but I always carry round so much junk in my bag, and I am the nosiest person ever so finding out what other people carry round in theirs just interests me so much! So, I figured I'd show you guys everything that I've had in my bag recently!

Wedding Style

Wedding Style by heroinblues featuring mid-heel pumps

I can't believe that Saturday has rolled around again already! It's absolutely amazing for me to see that in the three weeks that I've had this blog, you guys are regularly checking back to see what I have written - it means the world to me that you're interested in what I have to say and the little things that I'm interested in. Over the next few weeks I'll be getting a new template for the blog sorted, and I'll also be delving more into the beauty and lifestyle posts as well, so keep checking back and letting me know what you think, and if you have anything you'd like to ask me or you'd like me to post about, please leave me a comment or send me an email and let me know!

On to my selection for today, I decided to put together something that I would wear for a summer wedding as I know there are a lot of these going on at the moment. It's almost heinous to wear white to a wedding if you're not the bride, however the gorgeous floral pattern on this stunning little skater style dress definitely breaks up the white, and therefore you would avoid any angry Bridezilla moments. I'd team it with a little clutch bag like this gorgeous YSL clutch, and a pair of little court shoes. I also chose this lovely little gold cuff - I'm a big believer in keeping things subtle and classy for weddings!

What would you wear to a summer wedding? Let me know in the comments!

Dress: Oh My Love // Hat: Urban Outfitters // Bag: Billybag // Shoes: Topshop // Rings & Necklace : Topshop // Bracelet: Links of London

Ok so I have been stupidly excited to wear this dress ever since I saw it on Oh My Love's website in work a few weeks ago. I nearly bought it right there and then in the office, but I decided to exercise self restraint and get it when I got home, by which time of course, they had sold out in my size. An almost obsessive checking of their website ensued until I was victorious, and it was so worth the wait.

This dress is absolutely perfect for throwing on to go for drinks or out for a meal in the summer, and I'd even go as far as to wear it out during the day if I was abroad. I definitely need a tan to wear it though! You absolutely cannot get away with wearing a bra with it which is a bit of a pain, but the gorgeous straps at the back more than make up for it, although the dress in itself is quite sheer up front and so any underwear unfortunately shows through.

I decided to team it with this gorgeous hat from Urban Outfitters that you may have seen in my haul video from last week, along with some classic accessories, my trusty Topshop court shoes and sunglasses, and my Billybag clutch.

I honestly think this is my favourite outfit of the year so far, I genuinely felt like a movie star when I wore it. Shame I don't have the Hollywood hunk on my arm to go with it eh?

What are your favourite looks this summer? Drop me a comment and let me know!

Forgive me for going all Miranda Priestly on you for a minute (and yes, I know she was referencing florals for spring but when a Devil Wears Prada reference can be made, who am I to say no?) but seriously, the pastel colours for summer are anything but a new idea, however they're something I'm only just attempting for the first time this year.

Having been a staunch supporter of all things black and alternative for years, I'm only just starting to branch out into a) colour and b) actual fashion, and it's scary but I sure do love it. I decided that this year, I especially wanted to be brave with my nails. Luckily, this is probably one of the more affordable sides to fashion and beauty, with so many great nail polishes on the market for a really good price.

My current favourites are by Topshop, and include this gorgeous off white colour 'Exposed' that I'm wearing in these pictures. These normally retail at £5.00 for their basic range and £6.00 for their matte finish and glitter polishes. I find that, while their colour selection is absolutely perfect, with pretty much every shade under the sun available, they quite often need three coats, as the polish can go onto the nail quite thinly and therefore needs building up.

Another perk of the pastel nail trend, aside from looking absolutely gorgeous, is that the paler pastel colours do wonders for automatically deepening and enhancing even the palest tan, and when you're practically glow in the dark like myself, you need all the help you can get!

What are your favourite summer nail trends and why? Can you recommend me any other great brands?

There is nothing quite so classic as a clean cut white shirt, whether this is worn with a crisp suit, a pair of statement shorts or teamed with classic denim, it's a timeless look that just oozes style and sophistication.
I have been desperately hunting for the perfect white shirt recently, one that I can wear over-sized and tucked into some high waisted denim shorts, but that's long enough for me to wear as a shirt dress with sandals and some gold accessories. I'm yet to find it, but I'm sure when I do you guys will be the first to know!

Jacket: Topshop // Jeans: Topshop // Crop Top: Topshop // Shoes: Topshop // Bag: Runway //
Anyone who has seen my haul video (here) will know that I went a little crazy on the shopping again this weekend - no regrets. I didn't intend to spend quite so much, I think I blew my entire monthly shopping budget in one day and I wanted to keep a little to one side for an online spree later this month but it was totally worth it.

I've been after a smart jacket like this for so long, but nothing I've seen has really been right until I stumbled across this little number in Topshop. It was literally the first thing I saw as I entered the shop, think bright lights and celestial noises, it was like this jacket had been sent down from heaven to me and it fits like a dream. I had to practically fight my Mum for it, but a good case of finders keepers and a promise to lend it to her when she wants secured it a firm place in my wardrobe, along with these gorgeous white jeans. Now that I've got over my jean phobia, I can't get enough of them, and a pair of white ones were exactly what I wanted to get from town this weekend. They're probably not too practical living with two crazy Jack Russell Terriers, but I love them and they looked perfect with this jacket. I teamed the two with a little black crop top that I got from Topshop last year, and this stunning clutch back from RUNWAY which I bough last winter.

Finally, I found these incredible shoes in Topshop which once I'd put them on my feet to try on, I never wanted to take off again. They are SO comfy, and I've been desperate for a pair of chunky black heels that aren't proper boots - these are perfect for summer as they allow your feet to breathe a little more while still staying perfectly on trend and they are the perfect height for the Vertically Challenged like myself.

Only a quick post from me today, and I apologise for the awkwardness. I've never done a Youtube video before that wasn't a Tumblr accent challenge and even those were atrocious, but I will learn.
I'm just about to go and lounge in the bath with a bath bomb and Porter magazine, but I thought I would quickly post my July haul video for you to (hopefully) enjoy.
I hope you're all having a delightful lazy Sunday ready for the craziness of the week ahead! My day has consisted mainly of lounging around the house doing very little, watching Lewis Hamilton win the British Grand Prix, and browsing Youtube - perfection!

I'll be posting some new outfits up during the week, but until then I will leave you to enjoy my awkward babbling.

Midis & Print

Ok so I think we can all agree, midi skirts are most definitely in. I however, am absolutely terrified of them, mainly because I am fondly known as vertically challenged, so a midi skirt can very easily make me look even shorter than I already am. I want to branch out and be brave this summer though, and I have absolutely fallen in love with this gorgeous printed midi skirt from Boohoo. The print is so eye-catching and in your face that it would draw eyes away from any problem areas (ahem, bum.)

I would team it with a white bralette, and some chunky white shoes like these gorgeous JC's to give me some added height, and for another splash of colour I've added this beautiful YSL clutch. A girl can dream eh?

How would you style this midi, and do you think I should be brave and take the metaphorical plunge? Let me know in the comments below!

Dress: Topshop // Kimono: Prettylittlething.com // Boots: Office

So I decided it was about time I tried out the whole kimono thing that's massive right now. I had visions in my head of me looking very tanned swanning around an expensive apartment in nice underwear and my white lace kimono over the top. Its safe to say that hasn't happened (although I do have the perfect powder blue underwear for just such an occasion) so instead I have settled for wearing it over this gorgeous dress I got from Topshop a few weeks ago.

I totally broke out of my comfort zone with this dress, for one, it isn't black. It's also incredibly short and has some gorgeous cut out panels in it which unfortunately you can't see on these pictures. Admittedly it would look much better with a tan, and my typically Irish colouring means I practically glow in the dark (I have a spray tan booked tomorrow, yippee!) but it was such a gorgeous dress I simply couldn't leave it in Topshop on its own.

I teamed it with this handy black bag I got from River Island a few years ago, and my trusty office boots for a more casual look, however it could be dressed up with a smart blazer, clutch bag and heels for the evening.

Have you got any summer dresses you're obsessing over this season? Leave me a comment below and let me know!

          Top// Jam-Industries Jeans// Urban Outfitters  Shoes// Boohoo.com

So, being the brilliant daughter that I am (haha) I treated my gorgeous Mum to tickets to see Andy Jordan's gig in Manchester for Mother's Day. Little did I know that his clothing company Jam-Industries would have a stall there, and of course I just had to get one of their gorgeous tops!

Out of all the lovely pieces on offer, I chose this gorgeous crop top as summer is most definitely here and I am finally feeling confident with my stomach (abs class at the gym is definitely starting to pay off!!). It's so soft and of really good quality, and I love that it will go with literally anything in my wardrobe.

Here I've worn it dressed down with my spray on, high waist skinny jeans from Urban Outfitters and my favourite white sandals from Boohoo, but I could also dress it up for drinks/dinner with a leather look skort, some heels and a nice blazer or bomber jacket. I'd also team it with some long silver necklaces and some chunky jewellery on my wrists.

Definitely can't wait to see what other beauties Jam-Industries release in the future, I know I'll be a frequent buyer for certain.

Ok so my first ever 'style envy' post, and I want to open it with the absolutely beautiful Lydia, who's blog was one of the main inspirations for me to begin this one, after months of deliberation. I absolutely adore Lydia's style, she is incredibly classy, yet it's all done on a relatively low budget - exactly what we all need! I have major wardrobe envy, and she's given me the confidence to finally buy a two piece co-ordinate after seeing her absolutely rock so many of Missguided's wonderful pieces.

My second (major) dose of style envy comes all the way from NYC and the gorgeous Lua. I've spent the last week obsessively reading most of her blog, and I've decided that not only do I want her wardrobe I just kinda want to be her. NYC is probably my favourite place on the planet, and Lua's style is just so gorgeously grunge that I can't help but salivate (delightful, I know) over every single piece she debuts on her blog. If you don't follow her, you're missing out!

Last but by no means least, we have Jennifer, another blogger who I literally can't fault. Every outfit she puts together just exudes that perfect summer feeling, and lets face it she has a figure I'd die for. She oozes style and sophistication, and her love for gold accessories is totally on point (there will be a blog post about my addiction to these coming up, at some point.)

So there we have it, my major style envy for this week! I'm still trying to get used to the whole blogging thing, so I apologise that my posts are still fairly brief. I don't want to go boring you too quickly! I really want some more blogs to follow though, so drop me a comment with your URL so that I can check you out!

Dress: Primark // Jacket: Boohoo // Boots: Office

I've had this dress for about a year now, and much as I love a bit of sparkle, I've wanted to find a way to dress it down a little so it's not quite so 'in your face'. The addition of my bomber jacket from Boohoo.com has made all the difference, making the dress much more versatile - I can now wear it for drinks at the local pub without feeling like an overdressed game-show host from the '90s.

These boots from Office are my absolute favourites - I think they go with a good 99% of my wardrobe and are my go to shoe for all occasions. It also helps that they are super comfy and add a good few inches to my 5"2 frame.
