HOLIDAZE

adidas superstars, personal style, fashion blog

Not gonna lie to you, when I looked at the title for this post again I read it as hollandaise and got a little bit worried you'd be expecting a post focused on egg based condiments and would therefore be disappointed by my (undeniably awesome) trainers and joggers combo staring out from your screen. THEN I realised that joggers and trainers are just the best things ever and you could never been disappointed by them...

Seriously though, I know I've said this before but if you'd told my 14 year old self that she would be going out in public wearing joggers and trainers I would have laughed in your face and vehemently denied the possibility of that ever happening. I was SO determined to never grow out of my band t-shirts and skinny jeans phase that when I did grow out of my band t-shirts and skinny jeans phase I was in denial for about 2 years. To this day I still have a secret stash of them in my drawers, just in case.

Onto the outfit in question, I was feeling like death warmed up that day. Literally. If you'd heated death up in a slow cooker, that was me. I had to go into town to get euros sorted for Dublin and also kinda wanted to get my helix pierced at the same time (looks great, however I now cannot fall asleep on my favourite side because I didn't think it through properly so I'm currently sleep deprived and grumpy) and therefore decided that comfort was the most important thing. I couldn't even be bothered wearing a bra so I shoved on my CK sports bra top thing which is OMG THE COMFIEST THING KNOWN TO MAN! This shirt casually buttoned over the top and lazily tucked into my Trend Two joggers (surprise surprise) was the epitome of easy dressing, and I decided that it really was time I took the superstars for their first trip out. They couldn't stay white forever.

PS: I'm going on holiday this week - I was going to schedule some posts for while I'm gone but I decided that having a total break would be much better, therefore there won't be another post now until I'm back but keep your eyes peeled and don't miss me too much <3

  4. This whole outfit is screaming for me to go in this direction of how I dress.

I popped down the shops a few days ago in joggers, and a shirt and it was really comfy and I felt awesome in it! I however, do not rock it as well as you do!

    1. It really is such a comfortable way of dressing, and I think I actually feel a lot more comfortable and happy in myself when I dress like this than if I wear something a little more formal! I'm sure you can rock it just as well as me, let me know if you try it - I'd love to see! xo

    1. Thanks babe! I found they were all sold out online so it's just been a case of hoping and praying every time I've popped into UO! They had them on Oxford Street which was where I bought this set but I've yet to find them anywhere up North. I'll let you know if I do though! xo

  11. awesome awesome outfit, the joggers and trainers combo is definitely one of the best combos known to fashion and I felt the same way about it like you did too, a bit iffy but when you really do find the perfect joggers and trainers that go along together it's just the comfiest :) love this look and you look great <3
