#CASUALSUNDAY

I'm actually quite proud of these photos. Not only did I manage to walk down the steps outside my house in the highest heels I have ever worn in my life, carrying my camera and tripod without falling over (+10 blogger points) but I also braved the road outside my house armed with my remote shutter, and proceeded to shoot for a full 15 minutes in front of neighbours galore without scurrying back inside again shamefacedly (+10 more blogger points).

Squinty eyes aside (IT WAS BRIGHT OK?!) Sunday afternoons for me, mean nothing but comfort. And chocolate, but mainly comfort. If I do have to leave the house however, there is a 99% chance that you will see my in an ensemble like the above. Ok, maybe minus the sky high heels but they really are just so unbelievably perfect that I needed to find an excuse to feature them on here. Slogan t-shirts, although very Year 8 non-uniform day, are still a favourite of mine and this little Topshop number I got for Christmas is no exception to the rule. Soft, chic and undeniably comfortable it looked fabulous paired with my favourite Topshop Jamie jeans. See, all about the comfort!

    1. Oh my gosh thank you so much, that honestly means such a lot to me!! No perfect boyfriend photographer here either unfortunately, my remote is taking a while to get used to but I think I'm starting to see the results and it's so much fun to experiment with :) xo

    1. Aww thank you so much!! They really did, I always had to make sure that I picked the most relevant slogan to my life at the time in the hopes that whoever the subliminal message was aimed at would totally get what I was trying to say... I miss those days!

I'm still getting to grips with the tripod and remote set up, although it's getting easier the more I practice with it, it's more finding the angles and distances that work for you that I find trickiest xox

  13. I definitely give you blogger points for taking photos in front of the neighbors. I've definitely done the whole run away when they pop out of their houses and stare at you thing. Hooray for carrying all your equipment in those heels too! I think this is a super cool casual look. Your coat is amazing and the dark jeans look perfect on you.
